Always enjoy and received great service. Food is always good for the most part. But what I don't understand, why in the world you would quit serving your egg, chicken and cheese bagel. Only answer I have come up with, now your able to sell a smaller breakfast sandwich for more money. Just don't think it was right then and it is not right now to us that enjoyed that breakfast sandwich. It would be great to see the egg, chicken and cheese bagel back on your Menu again

First of all I don't eat here. In fact, personally, I don't understand the "craving" factor that seems to infect their customers. So, as far as the food goes, it's not just my tastes (except the shakes! They're phenomenal!!). All that said, the wife and kids love the place. They're the ONLY fast food place we really ever go to (we go about 2 to 3 times a month). Personally, what truly impresses me is the smoothness of their operation, consistency of overall quality (food, experience and site appearance/upkeep), and the universally pleasant and impeccably polite staff. They're amazing. Every time. While I may not care about the food, personally, I have to credit them for the near flawless perfection of the way they operate. 5 stars.
