Our food was good. You could either use the Kiosk or give your order to the cashier. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. The seating area was clean. We enjoyed our meal! 😁

A little disappointed this time. My Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was like a hockey puck and the bun seemed borderline hard like when they stale. My fries were barely warm and obviously the bottom of the basket. The majority of them were too small to dip in ketchup without coating your fingers. I guess when you use an any size for a $1 coupon, you get the leftovers.
Cashier was nice. Dining room was clean and open. A rarity in this area.

Love's coffee is fresh. Corporate requires each pot to be discarded after two hours. Some places even have these timers on each pot to manage effectively eliminating coffee over two hours old.

Easily the best Wendy’s location in this area. I have been here several times and every time the food is warm, sometime fresh. ( for fast food anyway😉)
There were one or two times they were understaffed or had technical issues with their ordering system but things like that happen. Overall great service!

I love this Wendy's. It's the only Wendy's around that actually gets the order right the first time. I have a big family with 4 kids my husband and myself after work sometimes I'm just not up for cooking I can order 6 biggie meals which are only five bucks each get different burgers, drinks and sauces and they always get it right the first time keep up the good work guys

This place is really awesome because it's next to Hagerstown airport you can sit at the window relax eat and watch airplanes come in and out. They also have different things inside the truck stop section which is pretty cool very awesome and it caters to kids as well. The meal from Wendy's was very good and the service was fast. They also have a Subway inside and their own little food shop inside as well pretty nice place to stop just for the day .

This Wendy's location always does a great job. Especially with custom orders. I've never paid for additions I've never received at this store. Good service all the way around.

Hard pass on this place. For starters if you work a job, do your job. Staff was not presentable, no uniforms worn and looked like their clothes weren't laundered to recently. All staff except manager were just casually walking around and talking. As customers came in, staff slowly walked to their positions, slowly I might add. Person making food didn't come out of the back till about six orders were in and I was already standing there waiting for ten minutes. Floor was wet, no sign. Person making food wore no gloves. Went to take a drink of my soda and it tasted like cleaner, will not be going back there and it needs to be closed down.
