Just an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We just loved the extremely warm and friendly atmosphere that was perfect for any occasion. The staff (family run!) was one of the highlights of the night with their professionalism and passion. Finally, the food was impeccable and it was nearly impossible to narrow it down to one dish. We'll definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu.Thank you for the experience!

Great little Italian restaurant with a cosy ambience, it really speaks for the wonderful family-run atmosphere. Tight seating space for dine-in. Food/dessert was delicious, although very few vegetarian options. And, for someone coming outside the state of NJ, BYOD is an interesting concept. I want to think we did a good job pairing our wine with our food. Service was friendly but sloppy, especially with serving drinks. Great Italian option in the area.

Service is exceptional- they were super attentive even tho the place was nearly packed. Not a fan of the seating arrangement as it is a small space with tons of seating- cozy but not where we should’ve went for a date 😅 Food is alright- I enjoyed my fettuccine bolognese but it didn’t come close to one of the best ones I’ve tried. Bf was convinced by our server (or maybe the owner) to get the branzino special they offered that night. He liked it but not something he’d order again. I’d recommend giving them a try.

My wife and I took my mother to dinner for her birthday. We eat out a lot and while we often find places that are pretty good, we almost never find a place where we are all delighted. Ambiance is very comfortable. Fresh baked bread was delicious. We had a range of dishes and they were all outstanding. Serving sizes were just right and nothing was over salted. Very authentic.

I felt as though I was leaving my own family's house when I left Toscana. This is fine dining in Hackettstown. The food was cooked perfectly. The chefs really know what they're doing and the wait staff are masterful at handling large tables. Take this review seriously. Toscana knows 100% what they are doing. We just went to Toscana for the first time, and we can't wait to go back. All of the food was amazing! We highly recommend the meatball appetizer- delicious! They also give you delicious homemade bread. I ordered the raviolis and my husband ordered veil for our entrees. Both were wonderful. However, my favorite thing may have been the homemade tiramisu for dessert. There wasn't a single thing we ate that we didn't enjoy. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the service was perfect. Couldn't have been a better experience!

After many visits, it is my pleasure to give this restaurant my highest recommendation. The food is excellent; perfectly executed simple Italian classics. The staff are respectful, attentive, and welcoming, making the atmosphere the epitome of 'family owned'. Here you will find the definition of Italian comfort food, all at humble pricing.
