I had a great time. First time being in a Hooters. The food was really good. It took a bit to come out with the place being crowded but I enjoyed it all. Great boneless wings and burger.
Izzy was my server and she was polite and attentive. Did a great job.
I was excited walking into a bathroom that didn't look like a crime scene.
Overall I had a great experience and will come back.
I just cannot believe all the bad reviews on this Hooters. It is one of the nicest and cleanest ones I've ever been to. We Stopped in for food on our way back from Chicago on our way back to Green Bay. The waitress was very attentive and attractive. Our food was very good except the fries we a little cold. The shrimp where is big as your head. If/whenI ever get the chance I will definitely stop here again.
Great place to eat! Delicious food, clean, lovely atmosphere, large portions for a fab price...awesome server who reminded me of Reese Witherspoon....very sweet and fabulous service!!(Izzy).....the summer shandy was quite refreshing too !!
This is one of my favorite restaurants within a 100 mile radius. I can't say enough about how great this place it. The staff is so nice and always have an amazing attitude. I always see a smile every time I wake in the door. The food is great, I've never gotten an order wrong.
Fast, clean, friendly service.
The burgers and wings are great. Also they have a pretty good beer selection.

Some Hooter joints are really hit or miss but this new Gurnee location is the best one in Illinois. Good beers, fresh food, good times.
Standard experience. Usually never crowded, so thats nice. Staff has always been friendly.
Just like heaven, come come to have such a nice time surrounded of most beautiful chicks of america and also chicken breast and legs.
We went for a leap year birthday celebration. The servers were handle our large group with ease. Very polite and constant attention. The food was really good as well. Everything came out hot and at the same time. Way to go!
Really good food. Nice servers. I do not appreciate the skimpy outfits on the woman so I hardly visit the place.
If you can turn a blind eye to the stupid outfits you can enjoy excellent food and okay drinks. Beer selection could be better. They have basic boring drinks but hopefully they carry something dependable for yourself.
Overall it was very good. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, but that was expected on a Friday night with no reservation. The manager was very good at keeping us updated on the wait time and offered us a free appetizer. Our hostess was excellent and the food was great. My only complaints are that there was not enough seating for people waiting (only 2 short benches, plenty of room along the wall for more,) and the overpriced drink I had ($7.95 for a mixed drink.) I would definitely go back again, just order a cheaper drink.

I forget our waitresses name, but she was great. Had it not been for her, I may have rated a lower. Our food was brought out cold and not at the same time, the drinks were weak. I'm sure they are still getting into the swing of things as it's a fairly new location. On the bright side, there was no wait to be seated and the bathrooms were very clean. I may give them another try in the future to see if there are improvements.
