Great selection. Friendly workers who are super helpful when I go in and say "I'm making ____ what is the best bread for that?" I think the price is on point for the amount of labor, time, and care that goes into the loafs. They do sell some of their product at the kroger up mack but take the time to go to the shop!

The best rolls I've had. They make their bread daily with no preservatives. French Boule makes great sandwich bread, and they have a daily specialty breads. Also, highly recommended their cinnamon sticks. They usually have free samples of a specific bread, coffee cake, or muffin. And don't forget to get a loyalty punch card, as you'll probably be back - double punch on Sundays.

Great bread but atrocious customer service! For some inexplicable reason they seem to be the only business in 2016 that can't figure out how to keep their credit card machine working. Clerks routinely touch money, the register, their phone, their face etc and then grab your loaf of bread. I write it off as "European character" so I don't have to think about how disgusting it is. They have a punch card customer loyalty program but they won't ask you if you would like to participate or if you want a punch for your purchase. You always have to ask for it which makes it feel like they really don't want to maintain the loyalty program but they just haven't decided what to do about it yet. If you look closely the store is pretty grungy and you never see employees doing any cleaning. They turn over clerks like crazy and none of them seem passionate about bread, it's just a job. The young guy that always wears a ball cap is the worst, just surly and unenthused with your presence. I get the impression that the store owner or manager is just not very competent at running a business. Maybe they love to bake bread but the management is severely lacking. All that said, we love the bread and are in there at least once a week. If they could fix a couple details it would be great. And BTW the only reason I post this here is because they don't have any "comment cards" or customer feedback options, at least none that I've seen. So I post on here in hopes that the owner will take notice and fix some things!

Good bread......but if I had a dollar for every time the credit card machine was down, well I would be a rich man. Like I said I like the bread, but some of the operation could be tightened up and maybe some customer service improvements that is more indicative of the small town area feel you would think it would have. Maybe a prepay or account for every time the credit machine is down and then I have to leave empty handed and angry?

Yummy selection of regular breads(white, italian, pumpernickel, rye, etc.) and specialty breads (Asiago Pumpkin, etc.). Prices are reasonable too. The Pumpkin Bread is phenomenal. I would recommend.

This is the second time I witnessed the clerk take money and then proceed to pick up bread without hand sanitizer and touched the bread with their bare hand . Do you realize how disgusting that is ? You should be educated on using disposable gloves instead of paper or your bare hands after touching dirty money and sweat off your forehead like the young kid just did . He was not pleasant at all . I will not be eating this bread waste of money !

I was told all their bread is fresh made in the morning. The bread I bought was old and with a stale taste. The place is very expensive and the customer service very poor. Buy your bread from another bakery.
