Yes, I went 2day ordered a single with fries and drink. They took 4 ever to wait on me and other customers, cause of door dash or whatever mobile order. Then when I did get my order the fries were burnt and hard. I was so ticked. Will not go back to that one. The best one is in Hobart. Didn't feel like driving that far.

First things first, in the field of customer service, you ALWAYS greet the customer with a positive and friendly welcome regardless of how you are feeling that day/time. Second, do not rush a customer ESPECIALLY when they have multiple orders. My family and I just left there and we were greeted rudly and rushed by a black woman who looked like a man(yep I said it) and on top of that, the young ladies that were working the window were rude as well. They got ALL of our food wrong except the frosty. When I made mention of the young ladies being rude, they laughed. The entire world is short staffed, but yet while they would like us(PAYING customers)to be patient with them(staff), they should be patient with us as well. Like management like employees. It flows from the head down. They really need to get it in order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Today must have been a bad day to get fast food for my family. While in the drive thru, I was greeted very aggressively by whomever was taking my order. As I tried to place my order, the woman was very rude and pushy. I barely got a word in to finish ordering. When it was time to pay, all the ladies working the drive thru were very rude as well. When my wife said they were rude, they laughed. From management to employees, this is appalling!! I'd rather cook!!

Tone is everything. There is a young lady here, not sure if she is the manager or not, whose tone and frustration comes thru when she is taking the order. This is the closest location to me and I haven’t patronized this location in about 4 months (since 2021) however I enjoy Wendy’s food.

Even though I will admit my food was ready to order I have a few suggestions for this Wendy’s. The bathroom was unclean and the sitting area to eat. The employees were loud and the manager lacked professionalism. This my second Wendy’s I have been to and it looked horrible. Nothing was clean or restocked.

I’ve given this place way too many chances. And in return, I get too many mistakes. If that’s not enough, I started ordering until some lady said, “Honey, I’ll take your order when I’m ready.” I was really taken aback. I understand that drive-thrus get busy, but the thing is, it was 9pm. And the line wasn’t even that busy. And of course, they got my order wrong. Entire staff needs better listening skills, reading skills, and social skills. Calling people “honey” is condescending and unprofessional.

I know that there’s a work shortage right now, so the wait and incorrect order isn’t a huge deal for me . However, what is - is the customer service . One guy that ALWAYS has an attitude is a gentleman that seems to work the night shift … has black curly hair and just always seems upset when you order . Weeks ago, I asked him was he okay and he looked me right in the eyes and rolled his and never responded . Today, I ordered from Wendy’s again, and again he was there -upset . I’d ordered cookies and when I came up to the window, I asked could I add a small fry . He shook his head at me after once again rolling his eyes . It wasn’t packed either time, so he wasn’t under pressure or anything, just seems like he doesn’t want to work . As a woman in customer service, it’s shameful when I encounter someone that seems they hate the customer so much, knowing that we’re the ones here supporting the business . I normally don’t give reviews, but this is ludicrous.
