I waiting appx 30 minutes for my order to be taken. Then another 20 minutes for burgers to be cook. They said 3 cars order 30 packs.

The food quality is bad!! How do you overcook cheeseburgers and serve them anyway? I stopped going to this location because they were a hit or miss. Currently it's still a miss!!!!!!

BEST White Castle I've EVER been to! Swift service, order exactly correct, tasty and FRESH food! Zero complaints! This one is actually further than the one by my house, but I will drive to this location because they're that much better that it's totally worth the drive! The impossible burger is off the chain delicious!!! The mozzarella sticks are the BEST ones I've ever had, even beats ones I've had at expensive restaurants! They were PERFECT temperature and crunch. I know they're just mozz sticks, but they were seriously delicious as heck! Customer service was good, too. All around 5 stars!

This location supposed to be open 24 hours.
I downloaded the app, signed up to get a 20% off coupon ordered my food shoveled out my snowed in car to drive all the way there and they was close. The most unprofessional service ever.
I have been going to this location for 20+ years. I honestly don't think I will ever go back after this.
