It’s kinda crazy here, like my order is not always correct but they are really nice and the burgers are like somebody Uncle that used to own a burger shop in the back. These are sonic burgers x 10!!! They should be putting them in a brown bag because these are those good hood burgers. Sooooo good! Even though I’ve had issues every time I’ve come the nice staff and good burgers bring me back!

Took our order in 30 seconds, ending up waiting an hour for 4 drinks and some mozzarella sticks. There was one only person bringing out orders (until the last 5 minutes we were there). The digital order said our order was delivered when it wasn’t. We saw literally 2+ people leave without getting their orders because they were fed up. It’s happy hour…but alas we’re not happy. I remember when this used to be a quick exciting choice to stop on the way home. But alas Sonic no longer qualifies as “fast” food, pick literally anywhere else and get your in less than half the time.

My husband ordered a large limeade and pickle fries. Got no ice and watery drink. They also gave him regular fries. I've had to wait 30 minutes for tater tots at this location. I've only had one person understand the concept of customer service and it was not the young lady whose braids were touching my cup while she carried it on the tray. Just nasty!

Went to drive thru at 4:10 pm on 5/2/22 waited five minutes the person at the speaker never moved. Went to a stall and ordered a slush and chili cheese wrap at 4:18 pm. At 4:43 pm was still waiting for order to be out. Pushed red button no answer, googled store phone number no answer. Finally at 4:50 pm women comes on speaker in which I told her at this time to give me my order or refund me I have to go. Waiting more than 15 minutes for a drink and wrap is beyond ridiculous. And if your short handed then explain that at time of order so I can decide if I want to wait longer than normal. Communicate and do better. Very unsatisfactory and will not return to this sonic.

Ordered literally two shakes online and pulled into the drive in. no one delivering food out to the drive in. find out after a little less than half an hour of waiting, only to get irritated to find out they were only delivering orders through the drive through (even though they had time to walk in and out of the store to their cars). Got in line at the drive through and waited another half hour for them to tell me that their shake machine was down which I find surprising and frustrating to say the least. if that was the case, why was I allowed to order them in the first place? Anyway I asked for a refund and then the man there told me he couldn't even refund my order. I also watched as a bunch of people before me passing food back and forth with the staff as if all their food was wrong as well. If you want food, don't come here. literally you might as well walk in and ask them what item they feel like making at that moment if you want to eat there. I could not have seen a more unprofessional establishment, with the doors wide open and them sitting in their cars on the clock. I don't understand how businesses like this stay open.

If I could give no stars, I would!!! I literally sat and waited 30 minutes for my drink and 2 small shakes, for a girl worker to give me an excuse that only 4 people are currently working. How is that my problem? There weren't even that many people ordering at Sonic. Why did I have to remind them twice about my dang order, that I STILL didn't get. I drove off... placed order online ahead of time, checked in when arrived, popped on screen showing it was in the kitchen, ordered 4 drinks and cup of ice, after 15 minutes of it showing in the kitchen and watching one employee come outside and sit at table and smoke a cigarette we went to drive through to check on our order, guy over the speaker said pull up as he couldn't understand us so we did, sat in drive through another 10 minutes waiting to be seen so ended up just leaving, worst sonic experience ever. worst part was there was only 2 other cars at the location which could have been employee cars.

Last 3 visits have been very dissatisfied. They messed up the orders 2 times in a row, then they told my 18 year old daughter she was lazy for not going To the drive-thru and using the app. What? This store is very poorly managed and trained! Sonic on Sienna Ranch is Way better in all ways!
