Wendy's

This place sucks. While sometimes they can be consistent, overall they are not good and the workers really don’t care. I’m not one to complain much as I always give good detailed reviews but this location should have management (and not the manager I see working nights) takeover and re-teach how to provide customer service to customers. From ordering to receiving food their staff struggle to have any personality. Update: 4/29/22: please educate or intervene with this store. Countless times visiting this place the workers inside appear to be clueless how to do anything. It really can’t be this difficult to operate in a fast food place. It’s not that they don’t have enough staff it’s that they don’t have enough educated staff.

Normally I don't post bad reviews, but this visit to Wendy's changed my mind. The last 3 times I've been there, the drive thru has been INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! And this time they got my order wrong, and gave me an item on my burger that I'M ALLERGIC TO! How can you mess up a 4 for 4???? The management needs to step up and hire more employees who actually have some intellect. Won't go back.

Bought Dinner for three this evening at Wendy's in Greer, S.C. Three Salads and Three Baked Potatoes. I got home, ALL 3 BAKED POTATOES WERE BROWN INSIDE! The entire inside of all 3 potatoes were Brown, "Gummy" and could not be eaten. Since they are Sliced before Selling, the Employee's should NEVER SOLD THEM! My entire Bill was $35.35. I have called multiple times getting this message: "The mailbox you are trying to reach has not been set up yet", Really? This is a Business! Corporate is unavailable after hours. I have Picture's but Unable to Post with this review!

Ordered a big bacon classic, another big bacon classic with just ketchup, and a sonofabaconator. I was missing one burger so I brought the whole order back in. The clerk insisted I never ordered the classic so after paying for it I received one. Got home and discovered 3 classics all with no bacon and no baconator!

Worst customer service ever. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The girl at the speaker asked for the initials of the order an then told me to pull around. Get to the window just for the lady to say I never even talked to them an refused to give me the order. Do better Wendy’s smh

where do I start, in the drive thru they could barely hear us and made us repeat everything. Once at the window we were given a completely wrong order, then when we told them they just smiled and took it back. then we were given "our" order, which was still wrong, had a conversation that went no where with the lady at the window about how we ordered 4 burgers, and she claimed we ordered 3 and one of them a double burger (we saw she screen at the drive thru which showed 4 burgers) then she asked for a person in the back to give her a random burger, an even then, after getting the order wrong twice, they did it again, 3 of the 4 burgers were wrong.

Worst management ever. An older female manager decided after I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line and placed my order online an hour ahead that she was closing once I got to the speaker. Even after showing my paid online order from an hour prior she screamed we're closed and closed the window. This should be an immediate termination but im sure she is still there. It is 1134pm now, both google, the wendys app and their door signage says they are open. All lights are off, and everyone in the drive thru line waiting is making a mass exodus to cook out where at least they dont pick and choose their hours of operations. Arguably the most trash wendys ever. Stay away. If you come here at night just drive past it and go to Spinx.
