The best chicken burger in the valley! There’s this one lady I’ve had a few times at the drive thru and she’s the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Always makes me smile to see someone who loves their job. And it shows in the food too! The burgers are real, big pieces of chicken and consistently delicious.

As any restaurant, sometimes the food tastes better than other times. Most of the time, the quality of the food at the Mary Brown's in Greenwood is consistently good. The difference between them and and other fast food places is the service. Every time I go through the drive thru, I feel like they actually care about me as a customer. Seriously, the employees are amazing! I can hear the smile in their voices when they take my order. Whoever is in charge of hiring knows exactly the right people to hire.

1st time at Mary Brown's....Took it home and loved it. The chicken was way better than their competitor down the road. Very impressed. Will be going back and recommend others to give them a try, if they haven't already done so 😄

Fantastic customer service, very accommodating, very fast, very patient. The drive thru attendant working was amazing. I believe her name was Jennie or Jeanie, she has amazing customer service skills. Food was excellent. Very satisfied with this visit.

Good food, friendly staff. When I was there, there was only 1 lovely woman working counter and drive-thru and 1 person cooking. I believe they are short staffed so please be patient with them

I want to start off by saying their food is probably the best fast food you can get in the area. Always fresh and very tasty. Reason for the 3/5 stars is everytime we go there as a family through drive-thru, there are items missing from our order. This has happened 5 times now. Three of those times it was a main course which we had ordered for one of the kids and the other two were small items like dipping sauces or sides. Not sure if this is being done on purpose or just being overlooked by the staff. But it is giving me second thoughts about ordering there again.

It is hard to rate this restaurant. Their prices are sometimes as much as double that of places like KFC but the taste of the food is better than most other fast food chains. Some of their staff are amazing and others are jaded and unfriendly. Order accuracy is always great. Ultimately, I rarely eat here since I can get better sit down restaurant food for the same price. 4 stars if you want fast good food when money is no object.
