Absolutely will never eat here again. Cashier was a noodle and rude as hell...he needed a wake-up call. Waited way too long for an undercooked oven sub and overcooked slice of pizza. The best part of my meal was the can of Mountain Dew! Wish there was a negative 5 star option. Close this place down and put an Arby's there instead.

Wow this place went downhill fast. Last few times we ordered from this place it was decent, heck it was actually pretty good. Now? Not even passable as garbage pizza. Undercooked and overpriced. I've had better pizzas from a 7/11 at 2am. Will not be going again.

Was told it it would be a 45 minute wait for 2 donairs AFTER payment was made. That information should be given before hand. We ordered 2 Supreme donairs, when we got home we found both donairs where regular, so they stole $4 from us. After waiting 20 minutes we decided on going somewhere else and asked for a refund, they went into the back and brought out 2 donairs right away. Could of had us out of there in under 10 minutes but fully intended on making us wait 44 minutes. Never going back.

These people were rock stars the evening I was there. It was an hr wait time, but I'm not complaining. They had a ridiculous amount of orders and were fast and efficient. Some people complained but the staff were professional in handling them. If customers stepped to the side and seen how hard these people are working, maybe they wouldn't be so quick to complain. Fantastic team effort.

I wrote this 4.5 years ago: The manager depends way too much on teenagers to work 50+ hours to run her business.. haven't seen any of the employees other than her whine as much
Edit: I've been to this establishment 10 times in the past 2 years, and the place has improved slightly, the manager Robyn, is still the same, unfortunately, but the staff seem to know what they are doing.
Recommend if you are going for a quick bite, *they still do not deliver.*

Terrible service ordered a $5 donair, and it took 22 min to serve 2, where there were only 5 people there ordering slices of pizza's. So there were no reason for the slow service.

Ordered at 3pm for a 5pm pick up. Everything confirmed. Ended waiting 20 mins for food to be made and cooked. 🙄
