Tim Hortons

The food is typically stale. Service is lacking. They call that coloured water, Coffee? I have not been in this location for 8 years. Staff was very friendly but the place looked like a disaster had blown through and it wasn't that busy. My purchase was a XL French Vanilla Cappuccino. It was just barely hot at the start and I didn't take very long to drink it and it was stone-cold by the time I got to the bottom. I am not a big Tim Hortons fan and I stopped by just to chat with some friends, I will do my very best never to return again.

Brought a tea back in to be returned because they gave me coffee instead. The supervisor Tammy gave me a hard time and then suggested I speak to the manager and when I did decided to laugh about it and smirk on the side.To me thats suggesting treating customers poorly is comical or acceptable.The Manager was professional and good to deal with just a shame that they arent trained properly to deal with customers.Also she acted this way while servimg another customer and made her wait for her order resulting in a line up forming. I will be sending a complaint to the owner.

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I try to avoid it as much as I can but just the other day went to grab some sweets and there was literally one guy working in there making coffee and taking orders. Took 10 minutes to get me stuff that should have taken 10 seconds since the only other guy in front of me wanted coffee and a bunch of other stuff.

This is a Tim Hortons after all, so expect inconsistent coffee with overpriced sandwiches and meals. Of course if donuts are your flavour there is plenty of those types of sweets. Most of the staff and pleasant, bit some make it known you are forcing them to work a little too hard to serve that coffee you ordered. The manager is way overdue for a rebuilding retreat to learn how to connect with the common man who supports his shop.

I just went through with a couple of friends. They managed to get all three of our orders wrong. I was fine with my messup. The sandwich marker (I don't know her name) asked if it was ok and I said it was fine, but one of my friends got the wrong wrap and my other friend had to go up and ask for his donut a second time and waited close to 15 minutes for his Cafe Mocha before having to go ask for a refund. Also, the cashier at the time, I believe was Wesley, was way too pushy about getting us to buy a muffin and asked us 3-4 times. He also made my friend the wrong drink and tried to convince him that it was what my friend had asked for when it, in fact, was not. I've worked for Tim Hortons for 2 years and I get that mistakes are easy to make there, but this was outrageous

This has to be the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. Not only do they mess up your coffee every single time and often the rest of your order, their customer service is terrible. The staff that work here are very rude. On top of that, they often charge the wrong price, and leave signs up advertising prices that they do not offer. Last summer they had small ice coffee's for 1$. Not only did they try to charge the regular price throughout the summer quite often, once the sale was over they left the price as 1$ on their menu board, but wouldn't sell it for that price even though it was advertised as such. All this on top of the fact that they can't even make a cup of coffee right, I mean tim hortons has one job, make a proper cup of coffee, this store can't even do that. I do my best to avoid this store at all costs, and even have gone as far as to now get coffee and ice coffee from mcdonalds.
