Domino's Pizza

Horrible. Ordered online for delivery. Called to check after it said they were checking the order for 30 minutes. Lady answered and stated they don’t do deliveries. Was put on hold a few times for her to tell me my order was on the way. Called back 30 minutes later and another girl told me that the delivery driver was putting my order in her car right now. Called back 30 minutes later and just cancelled the order. They need to do better. Lost my business.

AWFUL. Sat at the window 10 minutes with no one ahead of us or behind us. It's says our server was named Jasmine when we placed our order and since she's the only one we saw in there I'm assuming that's who met us at the window. She looked at us through the glass multiple times but continued to ignore us. Finally she came to the window, but tried to hand us the wrong order. She was rude, entitled and dismissive. HIRE NEW STAFF DOMINOS!!!!

This Domino's has went all the way downhill. Order be wrong half the time and the other times they dnt answer the phone nor do they acknowledge you at the window just look at you and keep standing around. This Domino's has the worst customer service and the food is worst.They are always short staffed!

My daughter ordered and I went to pickup when it was suppose to be ready. I was asked to pull in a parking spot and they would bring it out. 30 minutes later no pizza. I went to the pickup window and was told it was coming out of the oven. So I waited and 7 minutes later no pizza. Another employee came to the window and said she was going to check on it. Few minutes later she comes back and said their oven went off. So I waited more. No pizza. After 50 minutes from the time we ordered I left with no pizza.

Usually my order is baked to specificity, but today you could tell the store was severely understaffed. The cheese on the pizza was soggy and it must have been a long weekend, for the toppings were sparingly placed on my pizza. Today isn't the customer service I am accustomed to receiving. I tried to place this review on the Domino app, but it kept prompting me to wait until I received my order. I would recommend if store is staffed appropriately. I didn't return the pizza or complain because the 2 males doing the work were working diligently trying to get the pizzas out. I applaud the effort.
