Pizza Hut

I had to wait awhile before anyone came to the counter for my order. Normally I go to the other pizza hut but I decided to get something from this one because I was on this side of town. Ordered stuffed crust and didn't receive it. I thought maybe I accidentally forgot to click it so I went back online and filled it out again. Long story short I did order it but the lady told me I didn't . i don't recommend ordering from here, customers come first. If the lady told me hey is there anything we can do to make it right.. Then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. I told her I wanted a refund she told me that I would have to wait until 7. So I currently have to wait 3 hours to get a refund. So i ended up going to the other pizza hut to get my pizza in the meantime. I HAD NO ISSUES WITH THEM, my order was accurate. I would rate it zero if I could . Whoever the "REAL" manager is needs to fire the whole crew and hire people that actually have the skills for this job.

We placed our order for the “as soon as possible” option and over an Hour and a half later we called the restaurant to see where our order was and they said it was just then being bagged and sent out for delivery. When we called the person who answered the phone was short with me and she did not seem apologetic at all. In fact she seemed more annoyed that I called and she wasn’t understanding at all even though we waited over an hour and half by that point. When we did finally receive our food it was missing the ranch we paid extra for. And the container holding our boneless wings was all mashed and hot sauce was pouring out everywhere and the whole Outside of container was sticky with it.

I used to really like this place, but it’s rolling downhill faster than a boulder in an Indiana Jones film. They don’t serve very quickly, which is fine if you make good food, they do not. If you ask for pizza, you’re going to get a cheese platter with minimal sauce. My family has ask for extra sauce and cheese before in an effort to get a good saucy and cheesy pizza, they just give you normal pizzas when you do that and say they were made to specifications. If they were being honest then I fear to know what their normal pizza is like now. Dominos is much better, they make a solid pizza. The Hut has one thing going for them, their stuffed crust. But it’s not enough. Go to somewhere with decent pizza instead.

I ordered 2 pizza bread sticks and 4 Pepsi products at 9:01 pm at 10 pm I call because I have no pizza yet n the track your order app stated my pizza was out for delivery at 9:42 pm. The employee that answered said the driver just left with ALL the orders. they only have one driver i asked how long it would be... she asked my address i provided it she instantly states oh thsts the first stop And she hangs up on me! An obvious lie she didn't have time to look.at 10:35 the driver arrives with NO Pepsi products. I ask about them he states he will bring them back. We call the store the employee that answers this time states oh he won't bring them back we close at 11. You can come pick them up tomorrow..... how is this a reasonable resolution??? To top it off the pizza was WARM slightly over cooked not appetizing at all! frozen pizza would have been better. I will never get a pizza hut pizza again. Poor service, poor food! BIG WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED INCOME!!!!

Never order from this place. I have yet to receive a correct order. Tonight, I ordered a pizza, wings, and soda over two hours ago. I got an I'm sorry and the food will be on its way only after I called them wondering where my food was. Then I received a call telling me they don't have wings and so I would have to substitute that item since I had already paid. I received no compensation of any kind. If I could have rated it zero stars, I would have. I will never order from this location again and I will continue to tell my friends and family to do the same. This is not how you handle business, and the sooner this location is out of business, the better.

I don’t like writing reviews but this is the worse wait time me and my family had to wait for just one pizza. Literally took about an hour and 20 minutes and I live 10 minutes away. Then our pizza is dry and taste old. I love Pizza Hut and I just hope this improves. This is not the first time this has happened.

I placed my order online and it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes but they put online that it was really ready so when I got there it was a shock because it wasn’t given to me. My food was missing twice but my order was replaced after but it took at least an hour because of all the confusion but I was definitely satisfied in the end. The order was made fresh and correct in the end so sometimes it just pays to check out the situation and give them a chance to find out what went wrong through the mix up.
