Grace was awesome and pleasant and I might have ordered a shake, as I am tired after 18 hours of work and scouts meeting so I might said something wrong but she corrected the mistake and refunded the money. I used it for her tip. I appreciate her fixing it and not making me feel like I was making her job harder when I prob mumbled my order. She was very nice and pleasant and a great employee her positive and very bright spirit is just really great and lifted my spirit stay just being a presence of somebody that was happy and smiling I think she's a great employee and very great with the customers

The only issue I have every time I come is my sauces. I order them on the app. 2 adult popcorn chicken meals & a kids chicken meal. I asked for 6 ranch (happy to pay for them) and a order of mozzarella sticks. No sauces again. When I ask for them I get 2 of each. 3 nugget meals & 2 ranch doesn't quite cut it. This is the 4th time I’ve gotten no sauces & barely any when I let them know

2nd time in 2 days part of my order was missing. But, corporate gave me a coupon for a free drink when I buy some fries so it's all good. Insert sarcasm here. Seriously, yall have & can do better. Repeating the order back might be a good starting place

Who doesn’t love Sonic? How could you not? Also, my daughter works there, so it makes my experience even better to go there. The only problem is that you can’t leave a tip if you pay with your debit card. Everyone uses debit cards these days, nobody ever has any cash on them. This makes it where these carhops don’t make hardly any tips. People give them change for a tip. That doesn’t add up fast. I always try to tip my Carhop at least $10, sometimes more, because most people don’t tip them at all bc they can’t leave a tip from the debit card. So y’all don’t forget to give these kids a good tip when you have cash on you. The look on their face & the big, “Thank You” when they realize you just gave them a $10 tip, it is PRICELESS! So make someone’s day next time at Sonic.

Order was placed online for pickup. It was a disaster and I hope this was a rare mixup between Door Dash and Sonic. After waiting over 45 min, we were told they never got the order but we had paid. If I had not pressed the issue we would have left empty handed and money paid. Sonic employee finally went and really looked. The order had been ready as the online screen showed. We got cold food and left feeling very unimportant after an hour
. They were very busy I do acknowledge and mistakes do happen. I won't be back but think they do have many successful reviews.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and cheese and bacon and onion rings and a double bacon cheeseburger no tomato and onion rings. The chicken sandwich was as if someone heated it up in the microwave. Chicken was dry the bacon was burned and it had no Cheese. The Burger had tomato and my Girlfriend is highly allergic to tomato's so we couldn't eat it. So that's $22 down the drain. Yall really need to train your staff to put more care and love into what they do because we have to eat this food and we should get what we pay for and not get our food handled any kind of way. And when I called up there I got hung up on and then no one answered when I called back.

This is the second time in less than a week that my order was wrong or missing . Tonight I paid for my order and got home only to realize that a whole meal was missing from the bag . I immediately called back and their answer was “ we’re closed but you can come by tomorrow to get the missing items “ . Mind you gas is $5.00/gallon . I’m livid at the lack of accountability. I think this may have been my last trip to sonic .

Eat there two or three times a week. Not enough parking. Young people take over the small parking lot and you can't get thru the lot to leave if the wait is very long. Play to the young mostly. Ordered wrong a lot - so check it before you leave. Great ice cream desserts. Do have a good variety. Bring pineapple back!
