Wendy's

I hate this place! The only thing I eat from here is the nuggets and they are never fresh. Always have to drive back around and ask them to give me fresh food that I spend my money on. Then have the nerves to look crazy because I check my food before driving off. Just look at how hard the nuggets are.

Doing this review on behalf of my husband, because good service should be recognized! He and some buddies had gone goose hunting and were headed home. They stopped for lunch and he said the drive-thru was packed so they went in. Every employee was working, no one on their phone or anything. They were greeted with a welcome & smile when they approached to order. They all placed their orders and the food came pretty quickly. He remarked about the cleanliness, prompt service, accuracy and food quality was all excellent! Unfortunately, this is all too rare these days! But I thought these folks needed some praise for their hard work and dedication to excellence in customer service!! Way to go Wendy’s if Greenwood!! They were there on Friday, 1/14/22 from about 12:15-1:00pm.

Stay away unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait in the drive thru. Once you enter you can not exit you get tired of waiting, the barriers in their design will not allow you to do so. Prepare for additional wait time to place order at order station, my order was not taken until the four vehicles in line at the cashier and pickup were gone. I paid with cash and waited at pick up to learn,they were out of Chilli to complete my order. This was not the first-time I had this experience, thankfully I had no appointment or timed lunchtime.
