Food was great and staff was very nice. I do recommend George's for you and your family. Waitresses did seem a little scattered and unorganized, our waitress did follow up with us and tend to our needs, and from what I can tell others did as well. I had the parmesan chicken sub and it was absolutely wonderful. I will rate this restaurant as a 4 star. Robert Rodgers

Don’t waste your time nor money!!! Our first visit we waited over an hour for a to go order for them to tell us it’ll be another 15-20 min. We tried them again to be fair. We ate in and it took over an hour for our food! I ordered a hamburger steak with onions and gravy. I got a heated frozen hamburger patty with gravy from a jar!!! Don’t eat here it’s much better choices around Greenwood!

The food was decent. Decent prices. The service not so much staff was actually kind of rude. I beleive it was the owners wife. Typical to stereotype people or quick to judge. I did however have a nice person pay for our familys meal we went to pay and were told our bill was covered. I wont forget that.

Slow service, subpar food and odd choices for how to provide condiments. My wife and her father both got the baked spaghetti special and I ordered the country fried steak. They both said how bland it tasted and the sauce seemed more like ketchup with little salt or flavor while the white gravy on mine lacked pepper and salt. When we asked for parm for the pasta and hot sauce for mine, the waitress disappeared in the kitchen for a while and returned w ramekins of Texas Pete and cheese which seemed odd for a sit-down restaurant with items on standard menu that make such requests common.

Decided to give them a try after seeing their ad. Boy let me tell you, save your money! Extremely poor. My daughter ordered fried shrimp. After eating half of it she noticed that they were not deveined and some still had their shell on. I ordered the chicken fried steak with white gravy. Should have been a no brainer cor any southern restaurant to do. Nope. Had about atqble spoon of gravy sitting in the middle of a 6" piece of over fried meat. All in all we will never go back again. HORRIBLE!
