Subway

bad service today my daughter went to get 5 subways in buellton and there were 3 women one of them about 50 years old gave my daughter the wrong food and wanted to put what she wanted, she wanted to put ham and my daughter said no and got angry 😠 and she threw the ham to her place, she was furious, the subways without cheese, we were going to pay for the cheese, but the Hispanic woman was angry, I don't know why she didn't stay at home. everyone has always been nice except this woman 😕

The customer service was excellent I had a really cat a really complex order. It involved coupons and The woman that was helping me was very patient and cooperative with me. Because I had to call my grandma (who I am taking care of) But we managed to get through the large order of 4 different kinds of sandwiches 3' long and 6 inch sandwich. So I have to say Excellent customer service appreciate the good work keep it up

Since it was close to closing time, not everything was available, which I understand. I was getting dinner for 3 grandkids and they loved it. However. it was the service that will bring me back. This was Friday night 10/2. Even with me asking a lot of questions, the server never lost her great. smiling all the time attitude! She is a true keeper, hang on to this one. I'm sure I annoyed her, but she was wonderful.

Hadn't been to a subway in a long time but I was amazed at the extremely small portions they give and the prices are too high for what you get. Very disappointed had to wait a long time to barely get any toppings on my sandwich. The staff was nice but not satisfied with the portions. The commerciasl are definitely false advertising!

I am a technician so I eat Subway everyday for lunch. I drive from Paso to Lompoc and about 20 minutes past those cities each way. I have always liked Subway because it is healthy. I stumbled upon this Subway this week and could not believe it. Everything was so fresh the bread was so plump and covered with grain and oats. It was so good I drove 20 minutes out of my way yesterday to try it again. That is to Five Star visits. Half the Subways are good half or horrible. This one is the best I have been to in the last 15 years of eating Subway all around the US. I almost didn't want to leave a review so I could keep this as My Little Slice of Heaven. But the two ladies that were working are what make this Subway. Their kind and I can tell they care about the food quality and the service. They actually asked me if I wanted my sandwiches wrapped separately because I was driving back to San Luis from Solvang. Most Subway's forget even cut the d*** sandwich. I can honestly say anytime I am within 15 minutes of this Subway I will be eating their whether I'm hungry or not. That is at the owner smart enough to keep those two around.
