Drake's Bbq

I was driving through Greenwood, Mississippi and my lunch options were looking bleak. Out of pure desperation, I pulled into the first thing I saw... a Popeye's Chicken. Thankfully though, the ridiculously long line at the drive-thru wasn't moving so I had time to pull up Yelp (and cross-reference on Google Maps) and that led me 3/4-mile down the road to Drake's — and I'm so glad. I pulled in and there were two huge smokers sitting in the parking lot of this nondescript little strip mall that I would've driven right past. Inside I found super friendly folks, some incredible smells, and I was thrilled to see my Florida Gators represented in their wall decor. I got a pulled pork sandwich combo with two sides (the potato salad was great but the mac n cheese was ridiculous!). Everything was delicious.

Ordered two pull pork combos for me and my husband for lunch, the pork made us both sick to our stomachs which led us both to vomiting. I believed we were served old or reused meat. I will never eat at this place again. Tried of trying to support black owned businesses and the owners are always cutting corners.
