This location is my preferred convenience store in Greenwood. I see some other bad reviews about staff, but I have never had any issues. I have been in many times at various times throughout the day, night, and morning. I don't get gas here often, but I've never had a clear reason why I don't want to. Their "xact air" pump is pretty awesome. It's $1.50 (not sure how long but I always have extra time) and lets you dial in the desired pressure, which will stop pumping after the PSI has been reached. Good stuff. I had a hamburger from here before (risky, I know) and it wasn't half bad. Their donuts and stuff aren't bad either.

New management has destroyed this business. Had a great morning staff that would ensure you had the freshest sandwich and food. The 7 11 supported local first responders and kept a variety of sales and deals. You can go in at 9am and be lucky to have some nuggets and pizza only because the front end staff took initiative to put something out. Breakfast items were better than breakfast fastfood joints and now nothing fresh. All the employees that ran the traditional 7 11 has been ran off.........why must these franchise owners destroy all that was good?

This is the worst store in Greenwood. EVERY TIME I enter, it's a ridiculous wait. The wait is due to unprofessional staff members talking amongst themselves, talking on the phone or pertaining to store duties that can wait until the customer leaves. EVERY TIME I ask for cash back, the cashier asks as if I'm attempting to rob the place. The Third Shift employees are the worst. No customer service, no acknowledgement, just there to punch a cash register and go home. I hate that store. Please consider your night shift.

If I could leave 0 stars I would because 1 is just to many. Horrible customer service. The cashier with cheddar teeth & glasses was very rude. The employees don’t like to wear mask . I won’t even be going back rather spend my money eles where. The rude cashier didn’t want to sell me white owls because someone before me was trying to buy them. I will be reporting to corporate since they seem to loooovvvveee there job so much.

I love coming to this 7/11 everyone is always nice and friendly and you get through quickly. Recently they hired an older gentleman and he isn’t the fastest behind the register. I was getting tobacco products and I told him I wanted to pay cash and card. I handed him my cash and told him the exact amount of cash and change that I gave him and he told me it was ready to go, so when I inserted my card into the machine it took off the entire amount on my card and I told him that’s not how I wanted it because the money on my card I wanted it to remain and he told me there was nothing he could do about it (basically oh well) and I’ve been going to this gas station for years and I’ve done that plenty of times so I know it can be done even with existing money on my card. I’m really writing this review because it’s been plenty of times I have went in and he rung me up but instead of being there for 5 minutes I end up being there for 10. I think they need to put him on making the pizzas or something because I was the only one in there and it turned into the line going out of the door because of his mistake.

Both the cashier and gentleman working 2nd shift on Friday September 3rd were both very courteous and pleasantly friendly...I failed to get their names however both should be commended for excellent customer service and I hope by providing a date and shift you can make sure that they get the recognition
