They need more help. They used to be great a few years ago. There's always a line, there's always a wait, and then you wait after you pay and get a portion of your order. Bring in some great trainers and give service excellence to your loyal customers.

Disgusting! Husband sandwich bun was burnt. I order a Mocha frappe and got to the window and handed me a Dr.Pepper.. I told the girl I order a Frappe and she said our Machine is Broke. Dr.Pepper and Frappe sound nothing alike.. Food was horrible. I won't be back. GROSS

Ordered a qpwc deluxe added and paid for bacon. The bottom Bun was hard the hamburger wasn't cooked it was pink inside and there was so much mayo it was gross. Also ordered a chicken sandwich with lite lettuce which has 3 strands of lettuce I mean come on! Also ordered 2 big macs fries and pies which was just ok. I've had problems with this McDonald's before but thisbis the last time serving raw meat is just wrong. The staff was some what gross the girl who waited on us needed a shower and a gentleman worker had long hair which he needed a hairnet.

They failed to complete our order correctly and we had to go back in to get it fixed. Otherwise it is very standard American greasy fastfood.

Went through the drive thru the other day and the girl at the window taking my money was very very polite and she helped fix my order! I believe her name tag said Sam #2 lol! Way to go Sam #2!!

Very nice to see the self serve soda fountain bar..
Alot better than the McDonald's at Fairview and 31.. they took their soda fountain bar out and you have to wait in line for a refill...."NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY" The Fairview McDonald's hasn't realized that the customer is your business....

Beware the bait and switch.
They offer the brand new spicy crispy chicken sandwich. If you do not pay close attention they will substitute in the dollar menu chicken and give it in the new bag and everything. This is not worth the 7 bucks.
The kids taking my money thru drive through were giggling and acting very unprofessional.
