Great Steak & Potato

This was our first time here as we were looking for a new sandwhich shop to try. We got a Philly cheesesteak and a Buffalo chicken sqndwhich with fries for both. Take this first part with a grain of salt because we ordered it through DoorDash but the bread on the Philly cheesesteak came so wet that it was falling apart. This may have been due to the container causing the heat to make the bread soggy during transport so that probably isn't their fault. Also to the point of DoorDash, there was no option to take items off or make items "less"; i.e. Buffalo chicken sandwhich remove the mayo/light on the mayo. We hoped the mayo was just on the side so we wouldn't have to use it but the sandwhich came doused in it making the person who ordered it not want to even try it. The Philly cheesesteak sandwhich was a huge disappointment. The first bite I took seemed to have no flavor at all. I tried a second bite but it was more of the same. I then took some of the meat out and ate it by itself. Again, no taste. It seemed as if there had been no seasoning put on the meat at all. I am not some cheesesteak aficionado or expert by any means but any ones I have tried elsewhere always had some sort of seasoning. The fries were also soggy and devoid of any seasoning. We may try this place again if we can stop in instead of delivery but the seasoning issue is almost one we can't overlook.

Well first impressions are everything and I hate to break it to you but your customer service was distasteful at best! Also the cashier/cook rang us up a la carte for everything bringing our total to almost $40.00 for two people!!! Then when i asked him why he didn't use the "make it a meal" he informed me I chose the wrong selection of food. EVEN THOUGH YOUR MENU CLEARLY STATES OTHERWISE... so this is either false advertisement or your cashier/cook should probably find a new job.. because he clearly hates his. The sub was bland and fries mushy and flavorless.. so disappointed 😞

I always buy sandwiches #7 everytime we go to greenwood mall. I bought 4 sandwiches #7 tonight and i was so dissapointed! The only thing i said that I don't want was tomatoes. I was surprised there's no mayonnaise,(sauce). Burned steaks not even shredded,! The young mexican guy doesn't pay attention while cooking she keep looking to a mexican lady (smiling while staring at the lady)! I like when the middle aged lady and middle aged Mexican cook my orders!
