Top notch food and service!
Here's a positive story:
We recently had an issue where an email promo code had been marketed to us but the ordering process in the website rejected the code for some reason.
I went ahead and placed the order without the discount from the promo code but reached out to customer service via the website.
Martin called me today and is making sure the issue is being corrected and took care of us. Very good customer service and prompt considering the turnaround for follow-up was within a few days. I'm very impressed and pleased.

Bad value. Pick 2 and they give a miniature little wrap segment and a half-filled salad. 8.69 for that!? Gimme a break. Didn’t even remember the pickle spear either. Pick up = rip off. They’ve lost my family’s business.

I usually like McAllister's. But today I went in to place a to-go order and I had to wait over 20 minutes for anyone to take my order. Only one person at the to go area and one person at the other area. Not good service. That's really unacceptable.
I was there on Tuesday, 12th. It was about 1:00 1:15.
But I will say the food is good.

Omg, this place is my jam during pregnancy 😍 🙌 The sweet tea #1 in the nation. I'm really liking the French dip and country potato soup!! Clean environment and friendly staff!! Great place with many options!!
