Taco Bell

Went at 1am. I'm a normal at Taco Bell. They just lost a customer. The food was so bad it stuck to the wrappers.. Plus they didnt even give me the right order. Its not even worth calling and complaining about. Im just done with them. I'll save my money or go across the street to McDonald's for now on.

Aside from the wait times (which I can understand can be something beyond the employee control), i was shorted on my order. When I walked in to get it fixed, it reeked of a certain illegal substance and music was being blared. Employees were careless and rude. Definitely not gonna be getting my money anymore unfortunately. The pic posted is how i received my food

So I work 14-16 hr days and typically do not get off till about 3:30ish AM… when I get off work I am starving and there’s usually no places that are open to get a bite to eat… the only place that’s open is Taco Bell but this is the time that they are getting ready to shut things down and close because all these great workers have worked a long night shift! So tonight I was that stubborn customer that calls just to confirm that they are still open to be that last minute person to go through the drive-through while they’re ready to go home… and after already calling three other Taco Bell‘s before them and getting denied food these awesome workers were so sweet and understanding and literally made me food and due to certain equipment already being shut down Diamond, Elicia and all the other Taco Bell coworkers were so sweet and comped my meal for the inconvenience! definitely highly recommend this Taco Bell they made me one happy girl tonight!! ☺️

When you walk into this Taco Bell they have self-serve kiosks for customers to place their orders. They take a lot longer than it would if you placed your order with an employee. Plus you have to wait to get your order before they give you your drink cups (which you have to fill yourself). After 15 minutes we asked for the status of our order - 8 minutes later we received our order. The kid we asked the status of our order kept calling his peers Gangstas and the kid that finally gave us our order was stoned (which seems appropriate for Taco Bell).

We waited so long in drive thru that the cars behind us were jumping the curb and driving through the grass to get out of line to leave and go somewhere else. We would've done the same if we didn't have the building and fence blocking us in and there was one car in line in front of us when we got there. We waited almost 30 min, didn't get a receipt, didn't get napkins or sauce we asked for. The food was cold and horrible. The employee was very nice though.

I was just recently in taco bell and the lady in there i believe she was the manger (she was short, her hair was up and she had darker skin) today (02-11-2022) she was completely rude to the workers i didn’t even want to get my food at that point. I am disappointed and disgusted. Treat your workers better!

Please go anywhere but to this location. After 44 years of being alive this is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. The staff are good while preparing other food, brought visiting family members their medicine from their own purse in the middle of preparing food, gave their family members drinks and food while paying customers all waited, not to mention ignoring people trying to place their orders. I spent 27 mins in that store to get home to find food made incorrectly, stone cold, missing, the list could go on and on. Anyone reading this will probably be led to believe I am making up this story, but for what it is worth I couldn’t make this up. In my own embarrassment, I have to admit this isn’t the first time this place has been ridiculous and I have returned. As stated in the beginning of this review, please don’t bother. I can only hope this place closes soon so another establishment can be take its place.
