Little Caesars

Ordered online thinking it'd be easier. As it worked out I was 10 minutes later than the estimated time it'd be ready so it was surprising to be told the order wasn't ready yet. Figured they were just busy. Eventually someone else asked if I had been helped. I gave my order information again and then he starts getting my order out of the hot box.. Apparently the first guy didn't notice it was there 🤦‍♂️.. then second guy, as I'm verifying the items tells me that 'one of the cheese breads was scrapped'. Er.. Then why not make another if you knew it was missing? Tells me it was going to be another 5 minutes to wait. 🤦‍♂️ 30 minutes after the promised time, so 20 minutes of waiting, I finally left there with the food. +1 star because the food was tasty. If they had only promised the food 30 minutes later than they stated AND had everything *actually ready* then it would have been a FAR better experience

The pizza was good but the restaurant wasn't open to pick up my pizzas. I called several times before we went and could not get through to anyone. I had a large order to place and didn't want to do it online. I finally was able to do it online. Then I went to pick up my pizza and lobby was closed. It is difficult to get in and out of the restaurant. I had to go to the drive through and pick up 8 pizzas through a drive-thru window which wasn't great or fun for anyone. And before I got to mine, which I needed at a certain time, there was a car ahead of me that had sat there for 10 minutes. It was just a really inconvenient situation and I don't think I will return to this Little Caesar's.

If you’re thinking about going to this Little Caesar’s, for the love of god just get a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store instead. This is the worst Little Caesar’s. My wife and I went there, and there were only 2 people working. We got a hot & ready cheese pizza, and it still somehow took 20 minutes just to get our food. On top of that, the pizza was awful, cold, flat, had no sauce, and literally had a hole in it (see pics). Again, NEVER go here, you will be disappointed, get awful service, and the food is amazingly bad. Something needs done with this location by Caesar’s corporate.

Do not come here if you want pizza between the hours of 4:30pm and 8:30pm. They are severely understaffed, do not come to the drive thru window for 5-10min, and never have anything hot and ready. Ordering ahead doesn't work either, I tried that, waited 30min, and still had to wait another 30 in the lobby. I'm currently 2nd in line and haven't moved my car in 15min. As soon as the guy in front of me gets to order (no one has come to the window yet!) I'm just gonna leave

I know that Little Caesars gets a bad rap but I went there tonight because we didn't have enough food for our Christmas dinner and ordered 16 pizzas. They were SUPER FAST, HOT, AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED! Everyone was very nice and David went out of his way to make sure the experience was a good one. Definitely appreciated this crew tonight! Thanks again guys!
