Cute little ice cream place with picnic benches available by the water. Pricing is inexpensive and you get a good-sized portion. I would definitely return if in the area again. Covid protocols have the line going one way and staff are masked. You should wear a mask up to the window, but can definitely take it off over at the tables and eat your ice cream there.

Very disappointing visit. We have been going there for many many years. Tonight terrible, packed teenagers parking doubled park as we were standing there blocked us in and no matter what we said they just laughed and remained in line. No management to help. No signs discouraging them from parking there. No one in line had masks on its the law in RI right now. Shame powder mill for serving those without masks.
