This establishment is generally always very punctual with their services. Very friendly staff and the food comes out surprisingly quickly with accuracy to match. Solid place to eat if you want a quick breakfast or lunch.

waitress wanted to have an attitude and after talking bad about our table to the manager, the manager came out with an attitude aswell. the i sweet tea was nasty and not fully brewed/ there were grounds floating in it. after asking for a new one, she brought out a sweet tea. once saying that we didn’t want a sweet tea, she said “you didn’t tell me that🙄”. awful service and my eggs were runny after asking for them well done .

Loved it. The Grits tastes like my grandmother made em . Its cold as he'll, but the Customer Service is on point . Food was hot , fast , and delicious.

Tables and seating were dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned (dried ketchup and sugar sprinkles). Scattered has browns were cooked under a press until crunchy. Not what I'm accustomed to when ordered at other Waffle Houses. No salt & pepper on the table. No creamer offered with coffee. Plenty of staff. This is the 1803 Poinsett Hwy location.

This is simply a place for poor food and poor service. Simple as that. I had a client who insisted in meeting there for breakfast - well, if you call what they brought out food. I don't generally like to put out a terrible review but this place was so bad I was actually shocked and disgusted. If you want a cheap all night place with terrible food and terrible service then this is it 👌

I requested changes to a sandwich that had been my selection for years and now is served differently, my request was not frowned at , at this location which has been the case most often elsewhere and the short order cooked nailed it! My server was outstanding as well. This waffle house has it....
