Papa Johns Pizza

This was the best Papa John's has ever did... I was shocked... The pizzas were cooked perfectly... The extra cheese was very extra... The papadia was good.. it was meatballs and pepperoni...I gave a 4 star based on the fact that the past 3 months I tried yo order from them online... They cancelled my order out and said they had no delivery drivers available.. and when I went to pick it up.. they were doing deliveries....So after all that time I decided to give them a try agai... They actually did the delivery.. they came on time...They made the pizzas perfect... Now all the other reviews I seen I agree with them all.. because papa Johns is a hit or miss spot and it also depends on who is working... Sometimes you get great customer service and sometimes you get serious attitudes and no help... I would recommend based off of this recent order... They did not disappoint this time... I will try them again and update soon...... Update: Ordered again... Its best to go during early hours when they first open... The evening... It was typical papa johns... The pepperoni stuffed crust.. had almost no pepperoni... Crust was super thick and huge... Cheese pizza was a little burnt... Wasnt so tasty... But I would recommend still.. just go early.. hit or miss type of place I guess

I ordered a pizza via the app. My order was marked delivered although I didn’t receive it. I called and was put on hold almost 10 mins. While on hold, my pizza was finally delivered, however, it wasn’t made properly. When I called the store again the manager said “I made it and know I put garlic sauce.” I said ma’am I have a tomato allergy and see tomato sauce on this pizza and informed her I was bringing it up there. When I arrived, she looked at the pizza and said “oh I didn’t make this.” My pizza was remade but I will not be returning to this location.

Placed a order online & opted to pay cash since the credit card processor wasn’t working, got a call from the “manager” Carmen saying no drivers but she can have it delivered it through DoorDash if I pay with my credit card which I did. After 1 hour I call to check the status was advised DoorDash don’t pick up orders if there’s no tip she kept offering to cancel my order which coming to find out my order was already canceled by the her??? She stated she can edit the order and apply a tip, I authorized that and was advised I would get a new order. I called DoorDash directly l regarding my order and was advised the 2nd order was canceled by the restaurant ??? Now they won’t answer my calls …. Why call me and take my payment just to do this ? Horrible service, Carmen ain’t managing nothing but her lies and she failed at that too ! I’ll be escalated this to corporate I hope they retrain her better yet REPLACE HER !

The absolute worst customer service. We have tried to order from this location multiple times and every time there was an issue. We ordered 12/23 at 6:30 PM and they called us and cancelled because they were closed. We ordered on 12/30 at 9:35 and it said the ETA was 2 hours. Really? So we ordered dominoes instead and it was here in 30 minutes. The tracker through papa John’s said they delivered it here at 10:19 PM. There was nothing outside, we were up and we checked. We tried to call the store, of course no answer. I tried to call the store on 12/31 the automated message said they were closed. I tried to call the store 1/1 the automated message said they were closed. I forgot on 1/2 and called today in 1/3 and spoke to the worst “manager”. She wouldn’t even let me talk, she yelled and spoke over me and said that it was impossible because they have been open every day. Okay, well your automated message said otherwise. We were trying to order here because we got a gift card but let me tell you, we will NEVER try to order from here again. The “manager” said she would call me back but of course, didn’t hear anything.

This was the first and last time going to this location I ordered food online they didn't follow the instructions given, left my pizza on the ground with the box open called and spoke with the manager on duty and she was very rude ended up having to drive to get my money back and had to go to another establishment to eat and I would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money at this location. This location should be shut down.
