Amazing Customer service. Typical fast food, but the employees really make this place personal and a pleasant quick stop on the road. I would come back here just to hang out and talk with these amazing people

Terrible service. I was expecting more from a store that supposedly trains managers. After waiting at least 15 mins to be waited on we were skipped, because we wanted to pay with a card. On top of that they were making the Krystals incorrectly. They didn't start with the patties. The grill cook completely covered flat top with onions then placed the raw patties on top. Then put the rolls on the raw meat. This is the second Krystal burger that has given me bad service. I won't be going to a Krystal restaurant again for a long time.

We stopped on our way to Mobile, this time instead of Burger King we went to This Krystal. The person at the counter was rude. You could tell serving us was a terrible chore. Since Krystal is my husband's favorite. He ordered food then he took me to Burger King were customer service was wonderful. Won't be coming back to the Krystal's on our return trips to Mobile.

Starting off good large-ish order drive through employee patient and energetic repeated the order back correctly Koodo’s to Makala! Who also asked about straws condiments etc at the window! Car full of foodies Happy!
