Pizza Hut

The big box was nothing to talk about. Looked nothing like the a TV commercial. It's been years since I had Pizza Hut, so I wanted to try it again. I ordered extra cheese on the one pizza and mushrooms in the other. You know how on the commercial the person picked up a slice, and the cheese was.....how should I describe it? The cheese was stringy, well the extra cheese pizza didn't even look like it had extra cheese on it. The chicken wings weren't wings, they were pieces of chicken. Don't call them chicken wings, cause they're not. Was really disappointed for $28.

These guys have the carryout down to a T. Order is always ready on time. Only once did they make a mistake in dozens of times going there. Our wings were tossed in the wrong sauce. They caught it and made another batch if wings while I waited, letting us take the first batch at no charge. We often order puzzle without cheese and they have never got that wrong.

This pizza was just not good. It was chewy and tasted old. I have not had a good experience with the pizza hut in Greenville PA in the last year. I ordered two fries with my pizza today and the lady for whatever reason decided to put both orders in one container. It was a nightmare for me trying to divide them to serve. The boneless chicken was like chicken crumbs, it was terrible. I like pizza hut because the awards system collects points quickly, but I am not going to order from here again, I learned my lesson today and will stick with Dominos.

Ordered twice from here. First time no issues, but the second time I had three (what appeared to be) nose hairs. They were thick hairs. The manager persisted to tell me it was the mushrooms and they can't refund the money for the one pizza. Customer service was lousy also as the proceeded to call me pal and rushed me off the phone. Sir is professional to me, not pal. The manager said she will replace the pizza and that's it. I won't be ordering from here again. Another pizza hut, yes, but not greenville.
