Smoothie King

I always come to this smoothie king and I’ve never had problems now I think theirs a new worker by the name Christian who gives me a bad attitude everyday I get a smoothie I asked him for a foam cup and he gave me plastic and when I asked him to give me a different cup he snatched it out of my hand aggressively. If I could rate it 0 I would. Never go here constant attitudes and horrible customer service

I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. The smoothie was awesome!!!

Don’t go to this location! Terrible customer service. I ordered a 32 oz smoothie, when I got to the window I gave them a coupon that I received in the mail recently. The girl rung it up and it worked and when I’m about to pay, the rude manager runs over and says she not gonna accept the coupon even though it works and that I have to pay full price. Rude and disrespectful attitude!!! 0 stars

I ordered the strawberry hulk which is always so good and everyone is always so friendly, but today all the girls were very rude and looked as if they didn’t know how to make the smoothie and when i got it and took a sip it tasted straight whey protein like they forgot to add the ice cream and they blended it 4 times and kept repouring it. i’m very disappointed and will no longer go to the woodruff rd location:(

THE BEST. Their smoothies fill you up. I like to go here when I start craving milkshakes for a healthier alternative that'a not harsh on my stomach after. Very healthy taste fresh. Makes my skin glow. Wish it were a little less expensive but when you think of the great taste and how it benefits your body, it's very worth it
