I would not recommend this location. It took half an hour just to get my order taken and I still haven’t received my food after over an hour being here. We also ordered fried pickles that came with only about 6 pickles with the rest being fried balls. I understand the short staffing, but I don’t understand how the limited number of waitresses still find a way to step on my foot multiple times.

Waited 10 minutes in the entrance before a hostess arrived, we were told they were currently under a wait, when we asked how long the wait would be she couldn't give us any idea on the wait time. Lots of open seating at that moment. We didnt stay to be further disappointed. This location has to get it together if they want to succeed.

Went in for food and drinks. Food was awesome and the waitress was attentive. Wonderful visit
Edit: Lakiesha is hands down the best waitress they have. I only visit during lunch so she's my waitress at the bar. Super friendly, knows how to multi task and remembers who I am when I sit down. That's an experience you don't get much these days.

47min wait for food.. I'm the most patient person and get that things happen.. However I get the food and it's cold, I have 100$ worth of food after this much time, no apology and offer after asking to make it right to make right . This isn't a place I'd say visit, there where several others having same issues and if they are okay serving cold food after hr and not making it right and you still want to eat at this place then choice is on you..

Used to go there just for the nachos! Then they changed the nachos..... We stopped going to the one in Greenville Ohio years ago. The last one we did visit was in Troy.

I stopped eating at Buffalo wild wings when we went plant based. They have cauliflower wings which is great but man was it salty.
