Little Caesars

I stopped in to grab a few pizzas after the water park with three small kids in tow. The pizza was going to take a few minutes, so Fatima gave me a few packages of cookies for my children and then when I asked if I could wait in the car brought my food out when it was done. She was so kind and the service she provided today will absolutely have me coming back to Little Ceasars.

my pizza was all wrong I had a create your own pizza and I payed for 4 or 5 different kinds of meats and all I got was 1 and I got stuffed crust pizza and yes i did get stuff crust but the rest of the pizza was super super thin it had holes in the pizza there was pretty much no breading on the bottom of the pizza at all the breading was all in the pizza crust and I've had little Caesars before and this was the worst experience I have had with them I almost don't even want to eat here anymore because of this

I ordered delivery via the Little Caesars app, the partnered Door Dash person never delivered it, and customer service was awful. They didn't care much and DD said it depended on LC. The store blocked my personal number because I couldn't call them back with it, but could use my VoIP to call them just fine. I was polite about it, just frustrated because a $20 order is a bit much. They agreed to remake the order, and I went to pick it up myself, and they seemed really bothered that they had to do it. I really like LC pizza, but this experience threw me off it completely and soured even the eating experience. I left a voicemail with the corporate # because I couldn't get ahold of them at ALL, and they wound up refunding me.
