Just Pie

We came in here for the first time today. The owner saw me approach but didn’t greet me. She looked at my arm tattoo and then looked at me and said “You know we close at 2 right?” I said “I’m sorry ma’am I didn’t know, it’s our first time here”. She said “oh” and turned away. I told her we didn’t mind taking it to go. She said nothing. Mind you there were about 10 people eating inside at the time. I felt uncomfortable. We looked at pie for about 5 minutes before a kind, young Hispanic lady took our order. She was very nice. We ordered 2 pieces of pie and 2 cookies. We chose to eat outside on the deck so we could go if they needed us to My son said his pecan pie was ok My daughter said her chocolate pie was ok, the chocolate was “oily” and tasted “off” They were pretty though. My cookie was so hard it was hard to even bite it. I’m seriously disappointed and won’t be back ever. Also, 10 minutes after they closed and we were In the car to leave, other people pulled up and were allowed to go inside. We noticed this as we were driving off. Like I said, I won’t be back.

Best breakfast we've had in a very long time besides in our kitchen at home! The atmosphere makes you feel at home. Very cozy and comfy. The staff is super nice, as well as the regular customers who are there. They have a beautiful patio area if you prefer to eat outside. You can tell they put love into making their food. It doesn't taste prepare or frozen. The food tastes how food should taste. Highly reccommend this as your breakfast spot. I know it will be ours from now on!!
