Captain D's

It was ok for the price however the fish was heavily breaded so much so I couldn’t enjoy it. The devil crab was delicious it actually had more crab meat in it than I expected even though I think it was well seasoned imitation crab meat 🤷🏽‍♀️the shrimp and hush puppies were pretty good also. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Overall it was ok for a fast food seafood restaurant.

My sister and I ate at Captain D's, Greenville, NC today for lunch and could not be more pleased. Food was excellent and plentiful. Not too expensive which is always good. Around $12.00 each including tea. The restaurant was clean and looked in good repair. Staff (especially one lady) were friendly and very helpful. They get at least 5 stars from us!

Oh I'm in love with fish, shrimp and fries combo! With salad to go with it, totally amazing. I just hope they didn't forget my dressing for the salad. I still ate it regardless. I didn't realize the dressing was missing until I was ready to eat the salad, almost done with my fish and shrimp. Got nice crew who served us too. 6.12.22 Went by here and it was still good as before.

First I want to say the food was good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was not good. The employees had a radio sitting on a child's high chair playing rap. This was on Father's day after church where most of the customers were elderly. The girl waiting on the customers was rude and lazy. She followed an elderly man, coming out the bathroom, saying here's your food instead of being courteous and taking him and his wife's food to their table.

●The service was very slow ● The restaurant has very unprofessional workers ● they were arguing, using profanity in front of customers. ●Food was good but for the price they give you happy meal portions. ☆☆ The young lady working the drive thru on 6/7/22 was very apologetic for her coworkers unprofessionalism. She was the good. ●● Overall I will not return to this captain D's next time I am in town.

Manager Brittnay went above and beyond to help us. She was professional, polite, and friendly. Simply put, she is a beautiful woman with a kind heart. I hope her boss values her bc she's an asset to this company. At a time when manners seem to be in short supply, I did not find that to be true when we were there. I also want to mention The Cook. All of the food was cooked well, hot, tasted good, and neatly packaged. And, I can't leave out Samantha. She was also kind, professional, and polite. A friendly attitude when we interacted with her. The whole experience was pleasant.

Good afternoon, I had lunch today at the Greenville, NC location. I am a regular eating there normally 4+ times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful and as usual the food was good: however I was very disturbed today to eat in the restaurant and the AC unit was not working. In other words it was hot and uncomfortable and to watch the staff sweating while trying to work was too much. I asked to speak to general management only to learn that they live in South Carolina. I don't know what needs to be done to streamline your management so that things can get done without such a distance, but I can tell you a life long resident of Greenville NC the quickest way to lose not only your staff but regular customers like myself is to leave things undone for a long period of time. I pray this issue be resolved or I might have to take business somewhere else along with the other customers that constantly recommend your store for!
