This joint was banging for real. Got a Bo Berry biscuit and a Chicken Club sandwich combo. The customer service was on point and it was an easy transaction. No asking unnecessary questions or disclosing unnecessary details. A simple Good morning, thank you have a nice day goes a lot farther most times. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks

i used to go to this place every day for breakfast, and it was great. lately, however, the customer service in the drive thru has been terrible. I went to pay at the window, and the girl came out with a mouth full of food, grabbed my money, and didn’t even give me my change. i had to specifically ask her for my change. and it seems like every time we order through the speaker, the people on the other end are yelling at us.

This is by far "THE" worst bojangles I've ever been too. Last week I made a order which came with a drink. I decided to change my drink from water to juice and the worker charged my card then tried to charge it again thus alerting fraud and freezing both transactions.do you think I still got my food? No, my account it said paid had to wait 3 days to get money back good thing i was abke to still feed my family thst night the manager was useless at best her viice didnt work why was she even at work if her voice didnt work? this is not the first bad interaction at this location I will never eat there again
