Bojangles'

I been staying across the street for over a year and they are always messing up orders. They whole staff play around n joke as well sometimes rude and Unprofessional.This morning they messed up our order, biscuits was not done and sticking to the chicken tenders, they didn’t give us our mashed potatoes and bc of the food half done my wife has gotten sick on the stomach and threw up her meal. Bojangles need to hire a whole new staff before they hve a law suit n the future bc with their current staff I will not be surprised a law suit b filed by a customer n the future

Undoubtedly the worst Bojangles we have eaten at. The employees were grouped together talking they were not interested in taking orders. People were walking out in disgust. When we finally got our order the fries were to salty to eat and the chicken was as tough as carboard!! The only thing decent was the tea. We won't be back!

This bojangles has to be the worst one around. The chances of getting what you ordered is about 40%, the chicken is dry, tiny pieces or a combination. The service is ok usually but too many folks just playing around instead of working. Today they had changed the hours 7am-7pm. Guess they have about ran everyone off.

Had to repeat order 3 times at drive through. Simple order. Wouldn’t add Mayo to biscuit but said they would put a packet in bag so we could add it. Just rude and not friendly at all. Acted like we were intruding on their time. Drove away without getting food. NEVER have driven away before because that’s not who we are but a first time for us!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!
