Waffle House

I ate breakfast today and my 1 star is not because of the other workers here but only because of the one worker this morning who had a horrible attitude. Tiffany has very poor customer service skills. She made food for me that was undercooked and instead of apologizing for her error she had an attitude and said if you don't like it we will make it again but I won't stand here and listen to you complain to me. Another waitress stepped in to make her walk away. When I addresses her poor skills she said well I'm still working here and I've worked for Waffle House for 9 years and I will continue to be here. Normally, I have a great experience at this Waffle House but Tiffany is not a benefit here at all.

Waffle House is a staple in the south a frequently visited in my family, not a crowd here at all this evening, we did need to wait about 10 minutes for the grill to get cleaned and placed an order, we did meatless on everything, we had an order for an omelette that surprisingly got to our table with salt and pepper already on it which was a little odd, had to send it back since the person eating didn’t like either of those but they were kind to take it off the check, friendly staff and enjoyed the food

This waiter was very rude, as if she didn't want to be here. She yelled "HERE" when she gave my card back. Instead of saying here is your card sir. If I'm paying money for service I expect to be treated like I'm a paying customer. And then all of them took a lunch break at the same time so I had to wait even longer for my food to get done.
