Papa Johns Pizza

Where should I even start.... I paid to have a pizza delivered to my place of residence..... the pizza delivery guy "London" went to the wrong door and then decided to leave before calling me to try and figure out the hiccup..... London then decides to drive all the way back to the store... where I call and speak to a "Janele" the supposed manager if that's her real name... She then proceeds to say that I need to pick up my order because she only has 2 delivery drivers... HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM JANELE??? She didn't even reimburse me for the delivery fee that was never completed

The first time placing an order through Door Dash delivery service and the delivery driver was kind as usual. And I must say the Honey Chicken Poppers are good, and the Thin Crust Pizza is pretty good but not exactly what I expected. It's either how I had the pizza customized or how the person made it. But it's okay - it's really sweet but not too bad. I think it's because it's thin crust and the ingredients on it lol...guessing I'm just slightly dissatisfied with how I chose to customize it because it didn't come out the way I expected. Plus the food wasn't even that warm, so that's a negative. Other than that, I will probably order from Papa John's again in the future. Perhaps my vote will change to a 5 star!
