The Honey Baked Ham Company

This was honestly the worst service I’ve ever received at honey baked ham. Ordered through Grubhub and didn’t receive my full order, also advertised on the website there would be free delivery. Ended up paying over $18 for one poorly made sandwhich and a small sprite that wasn’t even full. Did not get the chips I paid for, nor did I get the free delivery. Called the store and spoke with the manager and he was very short with me, could not help me with my order nor could I get a refund. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant in my entire life. Will never be purchasing from Honey Baked Ham again or through GrubHub. And will definitely be letting everyone I know to also stay away from both of these poorly ran businesses.

My first visit here was a couple weeks ago and when I tell y'all that the sandwich was the best ever it melted in my mouth .and the customer service was outstanding a friendly smile and kindness go a long way with all this stuff with Covo I really appreciate the help she gave me and helped me with the menu good employees thanks I will be returning today !!!!!😁😁😁😁😁

The worst Honey Baked Ham store I’ve ever been to. My husband and I travel for work so every year we are in a different state ordering the same menu. This is the most unorganized location so far. I would definitely recommend traveling else where. This is the first and hopefully last unpleasant experience with HBH! Sorry Greenville be like lil Donald and “ Do Better.”
