I’m not one to ever write reviews, but this was the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received. After waiting 15 minutes to order, the girl taking my order was very rude. But it’s late and everyone’s tired, I get it so it’s not that bad. But I pull up to the window and pay with cash. I wait for her to bring my change back and when she comes back to the window she hand me my food and walks off and does not come back, so I left. I get home and I did not get the burger I had ordered. I also got spicy nuggets and I did not ask for spicy. The fries were so cold and hard that they were inedible. This is by far the worst Wendy’s in Greenville and a shame to not give people their change when you can’t even get their order correct.

Worst experience ever. Came on a sunday and everything was bad. They had 1 customer in front of us and we had to wait in line over 5 min just for them to take our order, while the girl was taking our order she would walk away, all this while the whole restaurant was EMPTY. All the tables were filthy and there was tons of water on floor. Everyone was just standing there doing nothing about it. Wont ever come back

Sorry place of business, they give you what they have not what you ordered, and didn't even say anything, till you go back up to the counter. I smell law suit, what if I was allergic to what they gave ,instead of what I ordered..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been currently in line for OVER 30 minutes. “Out” of frosties (no surprise there) there are only 3 cars ahead of me. Would LOVE to speak to the franchise owners because the GM apparently was present tonight…. 3 cars behind me already left the line after 15min in line…. The staff seemed under the influence as they would forget what I told them immediately after telling them multiple times. The excuse was that the DoorDash orders just pile up on them which I can understand; BUT I WOULD HAVE ordered DoorDash had I know they were prioritizing them ahead of their other customers.

Food was ok. They didn't quite make my sandwich the way I ordered, half of the food was cold. No condiments that we ordered, like ranch with the nuggets or sour cream with the two baked potatoes. No utensils given for the potatoes. No napkins. The frostychino was not mixed at all. And the lids to both potatoes kept popping off during travel back home. ...At least I didn't starve?

Do NOT GO HERE! Where to start? The sweet tea had chocolate shake (aka Frosty) in it. Gross. ALL the food was cold and gross once I finally got it home. The order (about $60) was wrong--at first they overcharged for a meal, not the single burger; they can *never* hear anybody's orders, requiring multiple repeats (but ordering via the app doesn't work, either--tried that too); they would not give me a receipt, as requested; they gave me the wrong size drinks (smaller) and one drink was incorrect (then they looked bemused when I asked for the right one). The entire ordeal took over 40 minutes: There were only two cars in front of me when I arrived. I agree: I had an order for five people, but had no customization, so did not believe it would be that difficult. At first, they gave me one person's meal--then I waited at least 6 minutes for the rest of the (often incorrect) order to come out, piecemeal (lame pun intended), which partially explains the cold, icky temperature of this inedible food. Having finally got the order, I pulled up and checked. That's when I realized it was still wrong and had to go into the "restaurant" to get the remaining items. Despite using a heated seat and living about 3 minutes away, we all had to reheat this food--and it was still disgusting. What a total waste of money and time. Wish I had the hour back and the $60.
