Hooters

Came here for my birthday. Absolutely AWFUL experience. My boyfriends fries had a hair in them. My friends chicken barely had any actual meat on them, NOT worth the price. The chicken wings also kept breaking as pictured below. My friend also requested water 3 times before the waitress finally got it. The service was very slow despite it being pretty dead. Our food was brought out at different times. The window next to me is FULL of dust/dirt (pic below)! Food was mediocre at best NOT worth the price at all. Nor is the atmosphere or service. Will not be returning and nor will any of my friends. Only thing they did right was drinks (except the water). Very disappointed my birthday dinner was wasted here especially since it cost so much money!

We were told to "sit anywhere" by a semi flippant hostess when we arrived. We seated ourselves and a few minutes later got drinks. The waitress who was also the hostess came by an advised us that we needed to scan a code to get a menu. One person in our party advised them that their phone didn't do that and the waitress said oh sorry about that and walked away. The table was sticky and dirty. The waitress was rude. When we told her we were leaving and why, she seemed unconcerned and told us to have a good day.

I had a great experience here at Hooters in Greenville North Carolina. My waitress done an amazing job her name is Kimberly (KIM)!!!! Our bartender was awesome as well unfortunately I didn't get her name. Next time I'm in Greenville I will definitely go back to Hooters and hope that I can get the same service from Kim again!!!!!! So if you're looking for some great food and amazing service check it out and make sure you ask for Kimberly or Kim!!!!❤😁

The whole experience was 3 stars, originally the waitresses were sitting in the dining room lookin stank and no one waited on our table. But Mel came and changed the game. Super friendly, even an hour before closing. Our phones were dead so we couldn't scan the menu but luckily she knew the menu well enough so we described what we wanted and she made it happen. Then when GOT the food.... amazing. Shout out to the kitchen guys on the night of February 10th. It was so good I had to tip them too and Mel was trustworthy enough to actually give it to them. I would come back but unfortunately I don't live here.

I ordered Hooters food through door dash and I enjoyed their food. I must say when my boneless chicken came they were still hot and the fries were crunchy and tasty. Never ordered from them before but I see myself ordering from them again in the future. I got free delivery too because it was my first time ordering from them. Pretty good food there. Now I will go inside to eat next time.
