Krispy Kreme

This is the 4th time coming here and leaving with nothing. 4pm in the afternoon and they have not one of the berry donuts they are promoting. NOTHING BUT THE new type creme puffs, strawberry frosted and cake batter. I ASKED if they would be making more today and was told yes but they would be for tomorrow. What about today? I live an hour away so it is disappointing that 3 times now they have not had any donuts I like and I have left empty handed. I WAS NOT the only one either. 3 others came in right after me and all left when told there were no more donuts. WHY CAN'T YOU MAKE MORE DONUTS WHEN YOU RUN OUT? IS THERE SOME RULE YOU CAN'T SELL BUT SO MANY IN A DAY? I MEAN THEY ARE OPEN TILL 11PM SO 7 MORE HOURS OF HAVING NONE OF WHAT PEOPLE WANT. IS IT LAZINESS OR WHAT? BECAUSE it isn't like you have to make so many they would go bad. I WOULD THINK ONE BATCH COULD BE MADE AND split up to make the different kinds. Absolutely ridiculous. So just came back here at 6 am and still no donuts. None of the special berry donuts as advertised and told later they will only have mixed berry. Why advertise them if you aren't going to have them. I thought surely if I made the trip first thing in the morning they would have them but guess I was wrong. Very disappointed once again.

I had the worst experience from Krispy Kreme. I went to Krispy Kreme after 6 am and there was no one in the drive-thru line. One dozen of Original Glaze donuts were purchased. When I grabbed the box, I didn't think anything was wrong. When I got to work, I realized the donuts were old and not hot. I have called the manager and she said the machine was not working. I don't understand why Krispy Kreme would sell me old donuts. This is not good business!

Went to this Krispy Kreme location around 6:15 pm. We were excited to see the hot sign on. We went inside to purchase a dozen fresh hot donuts only to be told that the hot ones could not be sold and we would have to wait until the next batch cooked. There were plenty of hot ones on the rack..??? If you're not going to selk the fresh ones, why bother to put on the hot sign? Got tired of waiting and left. Dissappointed to say the least. Won't be going back no matter how many hot signs they flash.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 dozen. Ordered dozen assorted and never got but about 6 of what I requested. When I’m paying about $13 for what use to cost $5 a dozen I feel like I should get what I paid for. I’m 100% positive if any of those employees paid for something and never got what they paid for and not so much as told that what they asked for was unavailable they’d be upset, but I guess Krispy Kreme’s new motto is never mind the customer, take what you get, and move along as long as we get your money. I’ll be checking my order from now on

Perfectly fresh donuts but the staff could be more attentive and could speak up more, everytime you ask a question you can't hear them due to it being so busy plus they are basically whispering I guess because they are shy or something but you can't understand them and it makes it very difficult ordering sometimes! Besides that it's always awesome!

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 3 original cream filled donuts. The donuts did not have any cream in them at all and they were not fresh. I called the store to politely let them know that they might not want to serve any more of these donuts and the female employee hung up on me. Poor customer service.
