Went to this Hardee's a few days ago. Ordered 2 large cheeseburgers. They had so many onions on them that I could not taste anything else. And they seemed to be blanched. I was on the road and had to pull over and take them off. I love onions but that was a little too much as I was not craving an onion burger.

I'm not sure what has changed, they were very slow this last time, and there was no sausage in the gravy. Doesn't seem as clean and cheerful as it was .

I went to get lunch for the guys and the lady at the drive thru had an attitude just because I ordered 10 combos with sprite. When I stopped at the window she asked me again and they all looked at each other shaking their heads like why I ordered so much. So I decided to go to Wendy’s across the street.

I ordered chicken tenders. They had been cooked in old-burnt grease. The tenders were over cooked, dark and very hard. I was not able to enjoy my meal

Person at the intercom actively lied about what was available just to be rude. Very unprofessional, would not recommend if you want a even halfway decent fast food service.

After work , I stopped by for breakfast at 6:20 am . The person on the intercom stated that they were not opened and they had just got there ( with an attitude ) . I left and went to another Hardee’s and was told that the hours start at 5am. I attempted to call and speak with someone and before I could explain , she stated that it was technical difficulties and they couldn’t control it (another attitude) . Please don’t forget , your customers are the reason you have a job . It’s ok to explain to the customer in a professional way that you are having issues . Please stop having an attitude with your customers and learn how to communicate.saying we just got here sounds as if the customer is too early but it’s actually the workers that are late . Corporate will be hearing from me .
