As another lady said below, these pumps overcharge for gas you do not receive! I had 1/3 tank, stopped to fill it up, walked inside to get a drink & when I returned I had been charged $93! 25 gallons, which my truck doesn’t even hold when empty! Spoke to the manager, she got the pump calibrated & said it was normal, so nothing she could do…absolutely ridiculous. Disputing it with my bank.

Pumps almost always not working right, have to go to QT, I use regular non ethanol. I'm trying to be a loyal customer, since 7-Eleven has been my brand for years, but it's beginning to be hard to be loyal. Thanks for your attention on this issue. When again today 04/08/2021 pump was not working right, all I could pump was like $1, had to go to QT down the road. Gets worse with time, pumps are very slow, and to add insult to injury pumps don't even cut off, you have to babysit pump. Regular non ethanol, I tried to be loyal to you, didn't give me a chance. HELLO QT ! I will not be contacting you, you can contact me if interested.

Paid $9.65 for gas that the pump didn't even give me. Spoke w MICHELLE (the manager) to explain the situation and get my money back - she proceeds to tell me that the pumps were checked 2 days ago so I can't be telling the truth. Waiting to hear from Corporate on this matter, and will take next steps based off their response. If I were you, I'd just avoid this store by all means. The only good thing about them is the wings, and half the time they've been sitting out all day so they're not fit to eat (was told this by an associate when I went to order some).

I very disappointed with some things. One they say they can put money on a prepaid card. But there is never a manager there to do it.people there are never trained to do it. Seeing ever one is different than the one before them. Lazy people with no real understanding of what it means to others. I will not go back

Took some time to get concessions, pump shut off in meanitime. I was annoyed, but compliant, and for whatever reason, young woman not involved in the conversation chose to instigate and escalate a resolving issue by continoysly interjecting its all my fault. when i had enough of the peanut gallary and responded to her needless 2c, cashier i was talking with raised her voice for no reason, taking instgatemcinstigators side. protio: when the customer is compliant with your annoying rules, shut up.
