I mean it’s just ridiculous. Every order something is up. This time finally got sweet and sour sauce but enjoying the fries was hard … literally. 2 combo meals both had these hard hard fries.

This is unreal.. I called back to tell them they messed my order up. They told me to come back and they would get it right.. well they still didn't get it right, only half a piece of cheese I asked for extra tartar and I still didn't get it.. I can't seem to understand why it's so hard to get a person order right.. it wasn't fresh like it was supposed to be..

Was served a raw chicken cutlet biscuit. You have to see it to believe it. Took four bites in the dark car before realizing the crunch was raw poultry and not gristle. First time I've ever vomited due to a meal. (Didn't even know McD had non pre-prepared food. So, shocking in two regards.) Could not reach restaurant over the phone to let them know. Hopefully, the problem was caught before other people were served this.

Came here to get 2 hashbrowns and they were horrible. They smelled like old grease and had so much stuff on it. They tasted really bad. Tried to call but no answer

Got to the first window after a decent wait and placing my order. After sitting there for a bit, I was told to move up to the next window. There I was asked about an order that was not mine. I told them what my order was, and that I had not paid yet. They held out their hand to take my card, despite clearly not knowing what I was paying for. At this point, someone else asked for my receipt, which I didn’t have, as I HAD NOT PAID. I told them this, and they too held out their hand to take my card. I told them my order, they retracted their hand and told me they hadn’t seen that order. So, what was I supposed to be paying for?! I was then told, after 20 minutes in line that I’d have to go back around. It’s a McDonald’s. No one expects perfection, but oh my god. Either hire and fairly pay enough people to run a drive through, or pack it in.

We entered and ordered before 11pm. After 40 minutes we asked about our order (with our receipt) and they took our receipt and gave us our order. Shortly after they asked us to leave and I requested my receipt back. They would not give us our receipt back and asked us to leave. They would not give us their names. One was a heavier set African-American woman with dread locks. She seemed to be the manager or a senior worker. Another was a tall skinny male. We promptly left, unfortunately, without our receipt and with rude/unkind service.

Dante's eighth circle was built exclusively for this place! It's waiting. Waited 30 minutes for an online order in the drive through because the dining room was closed And they weren't doing curbside. They don't have my order. Frustrating but ok. Instead of a sorry here's what you can do I get a we don't have it...get up out my drive through... Lowest of the lowest of the lowest customer service. On top of that you can't cancel the order in the app and zero customer service options. Had to call my bank and report the fraud. Never again.

I asked for a medium size milkshake and my cousin got a small when the man gave us the drinks the looked the same and I said “That’s supposed to be a medium” and he said “ That is a medium” just lied to my face.
