Burger King

I gave two stars only bc the girl working the window was friendly and efficient, otherwise it would’ve been lower. When I got home and bit into my whopper it tasted funny so I opened it up. Either this is spam meat or this burger isn’t cooked, even spam has grill marks right?! Lol Didn’t want to leave a bad review but serving uncooked meat is a health concern especially when it’s still the consistency of chewing gum. Sorry BK, you #failed

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I ordered online for delivery, never got my food. When I called I was rudely talked over and hung up on multiple times. I paid $26 and didn't even get my food! I had a similar experience awhile back, I received my food that time, but it took an hour and a half. Door dasher was rude, and when I called about my order..once again rude. Staff is not friendly. My dad worked a 15 hour shift, I worked a full day and neither of us wanted to cook. Such a shame. I'll never go back, nor order from them again. Get friendly staff AND management!

I have gone to this Burger King about 3 times. The first 2 times were for breakfast in the drive through, which was very good and good service. The last time I went here, I pulled up to the drive through where I was greeted very rudely. The woman was very sarcastic and mean. I drove off. This made me not want to go to this BK again.

This time I asked for a kids meal cooked FRESH Cashier Saud broiler was down/broken so it couldn't be cooked fresh then he said nevermind as someone in the background told him something had previously been 2 weeks in a row bc I could get same order fresh burger hot fries hot etc this time I also ordered a small onion ring. .I usually pull up to the trashcan and wait about 4-5minutes for fresh food...well this time no sooner than I pulled up about 2 minutes passed my food was out I said this is fresh she said yes I proceed to eat an onion ring( soggy) fries room temp LITERALLY burger was stuck in the microwave or was just room temp bc around the edges of it were darker meaning it had been sitting for bit so NONE of my food was fresh. I had rather the TRUTH been told as it started out in the beginning..the 2nd window cashier is so cheerful pleasant happy awesome!!! Younger Asian looking younger guy AMAZING! I wish he would have used his judgement and was honest with me this time He did what he was told ( LIE). I didn't call the manager back but I will say something when I go back.
