Dunkin'

This dunkin has the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. I stopped in here with a coworker and saw at the door the inside was for online or call in. I was trying to place an order online while I was in the store and a employee asked if I was going to place an order. I asked if I could place it at the register and the employee replied back in a rude tone “you better make it fast”. Then another employee started making loud comments that I better tip them in cash. Whoever the general manager of this store should be ashamed they have employees like this

I don't give poor reviews often. The website says dine in drive through and carry out. When you get here there is a sign in front of the door saying dinning room closed. So I went through the drive thru and parked to have my coffee and muffin. The coffee was good and the muffin was almost un edible. Had I been able to see it I never would have ordered it. As I was parked I watched this play out over and over again. Keeping the dinning room closed is nothing more than a way to capitalize on poor quality and charge premium prices.

* DO NOT wast your time coming to this place. The employees At Dunkin Donuts are so RUDE and gets made at YOU if your order is messed up. I ordered a Ice Carmel Macchiato witch I get this drink all the time, my drink was SOOO sweet one sip will literally give you head ache she want argue about how much Carmel she put in my drink i had my husband to taste it his reaction 🤮 TOO SWEET.I mean why people can't follow directions. Not to mention the week before they put too much MiLK and ONE shot of Espresso like I wouldn't notice the difference an then she mix the drink up witch is a no no. So at this point i didn't even want the drink i didn't want anyone with that kinda attitude handling my drink (refund was givin)the Manger she did apologize. So went to Powderville location also gave me one shot of Espresso witch I (noticed)soon as I seen my drink it didn't even look right. 🙄It's really not hard to make Coffee, I googled it just to show her( Shift Leader) how's it's made and I told her that's explains why my drink is Wrong! she said well it's one shot of Espresso here,if you want an extra shot, it's a extra charge, and I told her you real dumb thinking I suppose to pay for something that come with the drink and you think I suppose to believe what your saying after I read you how my drink suppose to be made,so to solve problem you can have the drink back and just give me my Money back ( Problem Solve). Dunkin need to train there employees, because it clearly shows at multiple locations different employees DO NOT-CAN NOT follow instructions it's called (HANDBOOK) *CORPORATE* NEED TO GET ON THERE JOB!!!!!!!!!! STARBUCKS ISN'T THAT BAD, but I rather not either. Know I'm Proudly Making My OWN.

these people really hate their job, every time I go, I arrive very afraid that they will yell at me and that they will be angry all the time, your presence annoys them, I always go through the drive thru but today I decided to go in, the girl was upset , no greeting just stood waiting for me to order then she got mad that I told her to put caramel in my drink and they didn't give me what I asked for, my drink was bitter
