Chick-fil-a

I don’t eat here often, and when I do it’s usually another location.. Time and time again, when I eat at this location, while my order is correct, and the people are polite (hence 3 stars instead of 2), my food is subpar. It’s usually either lukewarm, thrown together sloppily, or the chicken feels hard and overcooked. I have attached pics of my most recent visit. I didn’t wait 20 minutes for food just to have this burnt chicken and cold fries. So disappointing that I still have to continue to drive to Sulphur Springs for a good Chick-fil-A sandwich 😞

My goodness ... The chick filet in Greenville is something to behold... We went there and they have people to greet you and take your order while you are in line... first time I have ever seen that... They took our order and was very nice and even knew what was on the menu. The best part is when I got to the window area (which was only about 4 minutes) I was greeted with someone that had my food and cashed out my ticked quite quickly... Now I bet in total there were about 15 cars in front of me and to get through in 4 minutes is pretty impressive . Other than that ... the food was good and I was happy I didn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes... I give them a thumbs up...

Been to a many Chick-fil-A in my life and this one tops them all with Don being so helpful and courteous. The food is consistent at most of these locations which so appreciated and wish to no faltering because that is what is your known for. It's the finish of the race, just as scripture teaches, and this restaurant pulled it in for the win. Don you're a valuable asset to this franchise and much appreciated even by those that may not share it. I hold but one thing against the owner of Chick-fil-A, not the franchise owner mind you, but you either believe or you don't! America is a wonderful country, God should always be The Head and it's people should never be ashamed. Evil will prosper when the good let it happen, it's not always easy, matter of fact it's darn right hard most times. A race easily won, was probably a race not worth running in. We only get a little dash on that stone between those two dates, make your dash worth living and dying for. May God bless America in it's people doing that which is right but not in OUR eyes. Thank you again.

Food Quality and Customer Service are Top-Notch. The Location, Traffic, and Parking can be frustrating. Usually this location is fast, but during a rush (especially at lunch) traffic and the line can get ridiculous. The good news is that regardless of how busy they are, they are always organized, clean, and serve high quality food! My last trip there after the remodel, I spent 30 minutes line during a lunch rush. But the food was worth the wait!
