I wish I could remember the young lady's name that was working Sunday , Dec. 26th. I came between 7-8 pm. She was the only person working. I did inquire of if she had help but she stated no due to noone else showed up. Her customer service despite the lack of her co-workers' commitment to work was excellent. She didn't complain, she was patient, and she did it all with a smile. It started getting busy for her after our sandwiches were made but she maintained her customer service skills very well with everyone.

I ordered a double meat sub with mayo that wasn't on it, oil and vinegar wasn't there neither no salt and pepper and the roll was stale,and if that's double meat they have a lot to work on. My wife was a sandwich artist with Subway 19 years ago and she was disappointed. Never will I eat Subway again!

I came in to pick up a door dash order and due to a slight inconvenience, the young man hospitality skills were on a 100. Due to the wait I was offered cookies for myself, and along with the customer order. I thought that was very considerate on the cashier behalf… He was very kind..

The quality has plummeted lately. There's been a remodeling that has sat unfinished for over a month now. This remodeling includes fans *below* the light fixtures. This causes flashing. Lots of flashing. It makes you not want to be in there. I used to regularly come here about once a week for my lunch break (at 6pm, I was on a late shift) and I havent seen a staff member twice in months. Pretty much everyone seems like a new hire all the time. The ingredient quality has dropped hard over the last month. Constantly seeing stems, seeds, and chunks of white mixed into all 3 peppers and even stems in the tomatoes. The lettuce was outright brown the last two times I went. This time the bread was so chewy it was outright difficult to bite through. On top of all this they raised their prices. Subway never had *great* food, I went there because it was cheap and good enough. Now its not cheap anymore and its not good enough anymore. No reason to go here now.

The best part about the Greenville subway was Tiara. She was the most genuine person I’ve met in a long time, and she made meaningful conversation while she made my sub. 5 stars for Tiara!

I will never go back to this Subway ever again.. The gentleman that was working Now he was Super polite and ready to handle my large order. I had No issues with him as far as him he gets 5 Stars.. The 2 ladies that was working was very Rude and they are the Reasons why I want go back to that Subway!!!!

Been coming here most of the summer and today was the worst, she threw my sub together any kind of way , my cheese was melted mostly on the paper wrap, it was just terrible, I don't plan on going back there . I wish I could take away the star that I gave them. Two thumbs down 👎👎
